In the 21st century the people are using the modern things and spend modern life. The modern life is very easy to spend and it teach us that we should not do anything physical activities .now days we are not do any physical activities to maintain our body fit and fine and attracting without any problem in the body. Now days we do not walk because we have vehicle to go anywhere. When we do not walk for long time or for the short time, it affects the joint of the body and the tissue .Now days we don’t use that thing which can helps us to maintain our health .These activities such like that now we use lift instead of the stairs in the building ,stay long time on the computer, we use vehicle to go anywhere as the destination is near, we watch television in the leisure time and etc. These type of the behavior brings the different problem in the health .The main problem is that the joint problem.
We can compare our body to the gold. Do you know when the gold is heated most it becomes more and healthy. The joint in our body helps to make our body flexible and make our body able to keep our body weight. The health of the joint is depends on the physical activities of the body as well as it depends upon the amount of the oxygen, nutrition and healthy liquids in the body. Our modern life destructed the ability to keep our joint healthy.
There are different ways to get rid of from the joint problem,
1. Drinking water : The drinking of the sufficient water is most important for the joint problem. The water shouldn’t contain any gas. The lemon water is best to drink. The amount of water required in the body is different with the physical activities.
2. Minerals in the body: The internal digestive system should also maintain in good condition. In our daily food we can increase the natural minerals to get rid from the joint problem. In the context of the minerals is that the ratio of the potassium and the sodium in the body .we can use low amount of the salt which contain sodium .The processed food also contains sodium so the having of the processed food should be low in the daily food. The processed salt also contains more sodium so we can use the unprocessed salt in the daily food .fresh vegetables, fruits, beans are the sources of the potassium. The balanced amount of the potassium is required in the body.
3. Walking everyday for some time: we should walk half of an hour every day.When we walk , our joint becomes active and in joint the golden and stronger such like that when our body is involve in the different physical activities our body becomes stronger importation of the oxygen in it. then our joint becomes active and healthy
