Dear Sir/Madam

                     It is our great pleasure to inform you that our school is organizing  “2^nd Greenfield Inter-School Futsal Tournament” from 28^th – 30^th of Poush  2075 for Junior and Senior boys .

                       The Greenfield National School has always promoted the talents of the students besides quality education enhancement; this includes sportsmanship among the students. Henceforth, this Greenfield National School has continued the concept of “Greenfield National School cup” We believe such kind of competition will provide better opportunity for students to show their skills and performance as well as to develop self confidence. It will also help to strengthen the friendly relation among the participating school.  Therefore, we would like to cordially invite our esteemed school to participate in the Futsal tournament.

                  General Rules And Regulation of the Registration

1.   The event will kick off on 28^th of Poush  2075. (Three Day Event)

2.   The last date of form submission is 25^th of Poush 2075.

3.   Tie-sheet draw will be held in 27^th of Poush 2075, at 4:00PM, in Greenfield National School.

4.   The game will be Kick-off in the format of league-cum Knock-out system.

5.   The number of players in a set will be 5 and there will be 3 substitute players.

6.   Entry fee  for senior is Nrs 4000/- (four Thousand Only) and the entry fee for the junior team is Nrs.3000/-(Three Thousand only). Entry form must be clearly filled up and signed by the concern authorities along with the passport size photo and 500/-(five hundred) as a re-fundable, 1 Red Card=Rs200, 1 Yellow Card=Rs100 .

7.   The height bar for the junior is below 4fts 10inches and for senior is up to class 10 (No height bar).

8.   If any team does not appear in the event, it will be considered as a drop-out and the opponent team will be declared as the winner of that game.

9.   Referees decision will be the final decision

10. In case of serious injury beyond first-aid treatment, the organizer won’t be responsible for treatment.

11. Teams must report the names of participants 30 minutes before their match timing.
